The long table
Draped ceilings, low lamplight, and one long table that sits everyone who matters. Dinners, receptions and big celebrations dress the room up without losing the mood.

Where culture meets sound.
The Collective
It is a warehouse on 152A Street with seventeen foot ceilings, and the room turns into whatever the night needs. A long dinner, a live show, a launch party, or a dance floor that runs late.
We are new, but we have been doing this for years, so we know what a room actually needs. Real space, sound you can feel, lighting that makes everyone look good, and a team that sweats the details so you do not have to. That is the room we built.

Private events for now. These numbers are a guide while our occupancy licensing wraps up. Production is all in house: staging, sound, PA and lighting.
One Room, Many Nights
Draped ceilings, low lamplight, and one long table that sits everyone who matters. Dinners, receptions and big celebrations dress the room up without losing the mood.
This is what the room does best. DJ nights, club takeovers, release parties. A warehouse built around the sound, big enough for a real crowd and dark enough to keep it moving.
Live sets and listening nights under the projection ceiling. You bring the artist, and we bring the room, the staging, and a crowd standing close enough to feel it.
The Rooms
The Arrangements
Staging is $200 a panel, or $800 for the full 16 by 8 stage. House sound $650. Sound plus a PA for speeches $400. Standard lighting $350, and full lighting design on request.
Every booking has a $2,000 refundable deposit and a $300 cleaning fee, with overtime at $225 an hour. You can bring your own bar with licensed bartenders under a Special Event Permit, or we can run the bar for you at $400. Renters carry $1M in event liability insurance.
The Listening Room
A small, styled room with records, hi fi, warm light and lounge seating. It shoots beautifully for photo and video, it is quiet enough for a podcast, and it makes a lovely spot for a private evening. You can book it now, and the coffee bar opens later.
The hi fi, the vinyl, the warm lighting and the lounge seating all come with the room. Coffee service comes online once the bar is licensed.
A refundable deposit and a cleaning fee apply, the same as the main room. Overtime is billed by the hour, and renters carry event liability insurance.
